Kindred Hospice strives to keep volunteers up to date on hospice caregiver information and current in-services during the year. To meet this goal, we are seeking volunteers for regular reviews of volunteer files and visit schedules, and an email "blitz" of educational articles and in-services related to patient diagnoses.
Volunteers have access to a file of in-services to use, and are also invited to research more topics that would be helpful.

Description
Gentiva Hospice is a team of professionals who provide care to patients and families with end of life needs. As key members of the care team, volunteers expand and enhance hospice services for our patients. Volunteers bring special skills and talents to share with patients, and offer comfort through companionship visits, administrative assistance and special projects for patients and their families.
