On Thursday, Dec. 20 Venice Community Housing (VCH) is hosting a holiday diner for residents living in our buildings and families participating in our programs. We need volunteers to help set up, serve lunch, and clean up afterwards.

VCH is a nonprofit organization in Venice, CA working to develop comprehensive, neighborhood-based solutions to a growing homeless population and an increasing need for local, affordable housing for low-income individuals and families in Venice and the surrounding area.

The mission of Venice Community Housing is to reduce homelessness, maximize affordable housing, empower low-income constituents, provide social services, and advocate for public policy that protects and strengthens the economic, racial, and cultural diversity of Venice and other neighborhoods on the Westside of Los Angeles.

Volunteers needed to help prepare for VCH's annual resident holiday party. We need set up volunteers to meet at VCH at 2:30 to load van with gifts for children and set them up at Oakwood Community Center.
