Program 2414ZE-R
Date: Thursday, January 3rd, 2019
Time: 10:00 - 11:30 AM
Volunteer Role: Writing coach
About the program: After reading Zetta Elliott's Melena’s Jubilee, which introduced them to the principles of debt relief, emancipation, and forgiveness, fourth-graders developed several sentences to map out a story in which characters have an opportunity to start over. Coaches will help small groups add details to their work, and form their sentences into paragraphs for their final drafts.
