The Immigration Assistant will be primarily responsible for supporting all aspects of immigration case management; including preparing various immigration forms, conducting legal research, drafting letters and memos, communicating with government agencies, maintaining records in our immigration system, and completing other tasks as necessary. The Immigration Assistant will work with our legal staff to ensure successful case completion.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to serving low-income immigrants
  • Able to commit 5-10+ hours/week for at least 6 months

Migration Resource Center provides immigration and taxpayer assistance, and legal representation to individuals with limited financial resources.

Migration Resource Center was founded in October 2015 to provide a comprehensive range of immigration services, youth education, and legal tax representation. Migration Resource Center was granted 501(c)(3) designation, effective October 8, 2015.

We help individuals, families and businesses get the legal services and information they need to succeed in their communities.
