Experiencing a Mindful Life - Exploring the significant questions related to how the mind operates and learning to live experience fully to find meaning and deep satisfaction.

Mangalam Center is designing a residential program that provides a supportive co-living environment with classes informed by Tibetan Buddhism.

During the Mindful Living Program, you’ll gain insight into how to ask questions that are significant for understanding the mind. We will explore the inquiries through sitting and movement practice as well as our daily activities. The special focus is geared towards bringing awareness to daily life - at work, washing the dishes, debating an issue, connecting with others.

A large part of this program is creating a sense of community. We have space and some funds, but we need someone with experience to help us design the rooms in a way that are conductive to creating community. We need the space to look good, feel good, and support a co-living environment. We have some ideas, but would love your help!

Another aspect that we need help with is making our website look more appealing. In order to promote this program well, we will need someone to tease out the essence of this program and community in a virtual setting.

We will also need help from someone who can edit the footage we have for the promo video. We have Adobe Creative Cloud

Please reach out to me if you have any questions or if you are interested.
