Help increase tree canopy in Denver!
Spread the word about free & low-cost trees offered through the Denver Digs Trees program. Distribute posters and flyers to various locations around Denver. Work at your own time and pace. Pair up with friends or go out on your own. You can cover as big or as small of an area as you'd like. It’s easy and fun!
You can visit locations of your choice, or request an easy pre-mapped route. You can even just pick up some posters or flyers for your friends and neighbors. Full color and lots of fun, these posters and flyers are great for coffee shops, break rooms, churches, garden centers, restaurants, gyms, and any other gathering places you like to go!
Not only will you be helping the environment and our local community, it’s also a great way see new places, get some exercise, and support a good cause.
These trees will grow to cool neighborhoods, conserve energy, filter air pollution, provide habitat for wildlife, beautify our neighborhoods, and reduce greenhouse gases!

Description
We are a private, non-profit organization that was founded in Denver in 1969. Since that time, we have devoted ourselves to improving the quality of life for communities throughout Denver by protecting and enhancing our green spaces and urban trees.
We primarily engage volunteers through our Denver Digs Trees program, which provides free and affordable trees to Denver residents. We also cultivate knowledgeable and skilled volunteers through our Community Forester program, which engages volunteers in planting and stewarding the city forest.
With a small staff of 2.5, we are blessed to have an amazing team of dedicated and passionate volunteers who make our work possible and welcome you to join us!
