DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check-in clients; set up appointments over the phone; enter service details in database; answer main phone line.
Ability to multi-task; ability to be patient, diplomatic and communicate with a diverse range of people.
On the job training and support is provided by experienced, knowledgeable staff and volunteers.
