  1. Developing an integrated social media strategy
  2. Ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  3. Engaging and participating with audiences for maximum effect
  4. Creating and updating social media policies and guidelines for volunteers & employees
  5. Harnessing the power of internal social media champions
  6. Identifying and activating appropriate new social media channels
  7. Sharing social media best practice internally
  8. Identifying and adopting relevant social media monitoring platforms and social media management tools
  9. Leveraging social media in issues and crisis management
  10. Creating monthly social media calendar
