Peace of Heart Community’s mission is to create an environment where a meaningfullife for persons with autism can be realized by fostering an atmosphere of love, happiness, and belonging where all life is valued, voices are heard, and talents are developed to make a difference in the world.
We have a small farm that grows organic local produce and are looking for grants relating to agriculture, greenhouses, organic dirt and materials, special needs, educational, etc. Anything pertaining to assistance with our farm and programs.

Description
Peace of Heart Community (POHC) is a non-profit, reverse inclusion community, that was founded to create meaningful life opportunities for persons with autism. POHC has 3 primary outreaches: our residential group home for young adults with autism (Peace of Heart Home/ POHH), our community raised bed gardens program (Peace of Heart Farm/ POHF), and our art program (Peace of Heart Art/ POHA).
