The Emerging Leaders Mentoring program empowers non-traditional and diverse job seekers of all ages in the healthcare industry by matching them with a professional in a position that relates to their career goal to be their mentor.
We are currently seeking medical billers and coders to mentor non-traditional students training to become medical billers and coders. These future job seekers are looking to grow their network and receive professional guidance and support.

The Emerging Leaders Internship (ELI) matches recent graduates and college students of color with paid internships at top companies throughout the Portland Metro area.
The Emerging Leaders Mentoring (ELM) program supports underrepresented groups and those with barriers to employment who seek careers in the technology and healthcare industries by matching them with established professionals to engage in a formal mentoring relationship.
