ORGANIZATION: The Contingent

The Emerging Leaders Mentoring program empowers non-traditional and diverse job seekers of all ages in the healthcare industry by matching them with a professional in a position that relates to their career goal to be their mentor.

We are currently seeking a patient access specialist to mentor a job seeker who recently completed medical customer service training and is looking to grow their network and receive professional guidance and support.

The Emerging Leaders Internship (ELI) matches recent graduates and college students of color with paid internships at top companies throughout the Portland Metro area.

The Emerging Leaders Mentoring (ELM) program supports underrepresented groups and those with barriers to employment who seek careers in the technology and healthcare industries by matching them with established professionals to engage in a formal mentoring relationship.
