Coach Girls on the Run at the Wissahickon Valley Boys and Girls Club! Coaches co-lead teams of 8-18 girls twice per week after school for 90 minutes. Days and times TBD - either Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs after school. Our season begins in February and ends with our celebratory 5K in May! No running experience is necessary, just a positive attitude!

Description
Girls on the Run is a 10-week after-school program serving girls in Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware Counties, PA. We use the power of running to educate and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. The program culminates with girls positively impacting their communities through a service project and being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5K event.
