Event volunteers are needed for the 17th Annual A Taste of YorkCity, on Friday, February 22, 2019, from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. This event, hosted by the City of York, raises funds that support the York City Special Events. Our volunteers make our events a huge success!
Letters of recommendation and community service hours will be provided upon request.
- Event Set-up & Breakdown
- Silent Auction Assistance
- Guest Check-In & Registration
- Greeting and Directing Guests
- Other Miscellaneous Tasks
- 19 years or older
- Friendly and outgoing
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Able to lift five pounds
- Wear black, semi-formal attire (suit, tie, dress)
- Able to work the total 8.5 hours (food and refreshments will be provided)
