Seeking a regular and reliable volunteer to provide support to our hospital liaison at Vanderbilt Medical Center. This volunteer will provide liaison with assistance in making/creating marketing materials, information bundles for patients and their families, and other administrative/clerical type tasks as appropriate.
The ideal volunteer for this opportunity will have at least 4 hours a week to provide to liaison and clinical team, a general interest in learning about marketing/relationship development within the hospital setting, a passion for helping others (especially those seeking palliative and/or hospice care), and flexibility to work in partnership with our liaison and regional team.
For students this opportunity will provide a lot of insight into the "behind the scenes" aspects of working in the medical marketing field. (Our liaison has both clinical and marketing experience!) (For credit internship opportunities available!)
For others this is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families as they look to make informed decisions regarding palliative and hospice care.
