Park Restoration
Volunteers helping maintain the nature trail at Pennypack on the Delaware Park

Due to forecasts of dangerously cold weather, winds and potential snow or ice, we will no longer be holding this volunteer event on Monday, January 21 st from 10am-12pm at Pennypack on the Delaware.

We will reschedule this same cleanup event for Saturday, February 2 nd from 10am-12pm at the same location (Pennypack on the Delaware - Access Road to park begins at 7750 State Road Philadelphia, PA) with the same volunteer tasks.

If you are available and interested in attending this February date, send an email to info@riverfrontnorth.org. If you are unable to make this rescheduled date, you do not need to contact us, but we appreciate your support!

Description

Riverfront North Partnership is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with the mission of creating, activating and rejuvenating an 11-mile network of parks and trails along the Delaware River in northeast Philadelphia. Riverfront North is part of the greater Philadelphia regional "Circuit Trails" network and is a portion of the East Coast Greenway, which connect similar projects from Maine to Florida. In partnership with many others, including the Philadelphia Commerce Department and Department of Parks and Recreation, and local civic organizations, RNP is realizing the vision of a renewed Delaware riverfront.
