We are looking for volunteers to be a part of the Planning Committee for The Walk to End Alzheimer’s & The Longest Day. These are our 2 signature fundraisers to support the Alzheimer’s Association.

The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's (r) is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide and 3 locations in our region ( Rochester, Finger Lakes & Southern Tier), this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions.

The Longest Day is the day with the most light - the summer solstice. And it’s the day the Alzheimer’s Association calls on everyone to fight Alzheimer’s disease by raising funds and awareness through an activity of their choice.

There are other volunteer opportunities within our chapter, please contact me for more details!
