This role will collaborate with many cross functional partners from various projects
· Drive continuous improvement
· Support new project sourcing
· Negotiations & contract renewal
· Planning & scheduling
· Use data analytics to identify, prioritize, and drive root cause corrective actions
· Own and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for department including on time delivery and efficiency
Skills & Competencies:
· Hands-on leadership skill, ability to motivate team.
· Driving business results
· Experience in managing operations metrics and KPI
· Ability to communicate effectively
· High energy with the desire to drive change
