The Administrative Support Volunteer will perform a range of administrative and office support functions for The WCCAC to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Administrative Support Volunteers are the "face" of The WCCAC, providing a warm and welcoming environment when our clients enter the building. Administrative Volunteers will provide support to The Program Assistant. These volunteers will handle incoming phone calls and written correspondence, providing prompt responses and forwarding to appropriate staff members when necessary; Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing; Handle requests for information and follow up with the appropriate staff member; Ensure staff are notified in a timely manner when counseling clients arrive.
When not working at the front desk, Administrative Volunteers will interact with and supervise children waiting in the front lobby area.

Scheduled shifts of 3 hours, during normal business hours are most beneficial to the center. Shifts vary, depending on our calendar.
