Share San Juan Capistrano's unique history and charm with visitors by providing guided walking tours. The Friends of the Library offers tours each Saturday in downtown San Juan Capistrano covering approximately 1 mile. Tours start at the train depot at 10:00 am and last approximately 1 hour.
Materials and training are provided and volunteers follow experienced guides until they are comfortable. You will typically volunteer a month.

Mission Statement
The purpose of this organization shall be to support library programs, services and facilities; to enhance the library by means of gifts, endowments, reading materials, collections and additional programs and services; and to create public awaareness between the library and the community.
Description
The San Juan Capistrano Friends of the Library (SJCFOL) primarily recruits volunteers to man the bookstore, which is located adjacent to the library. We also provide support for fundraisers and programs for the library.
