We are looking for someone who is passionate about educational opportunities for girls to help us apply for a Google Ads grant and to help with posting and compliance for the spring semester, 2019. Familiarity with Google Analytics would be helpful, but if you like to work online and are willing to go through the tutorials provided by Google, you can pick it up as you go along. This grant will help raise awareness of our organization. There is the opportunity to write ad copy if you want, but the main requirement will be helping to complete the grant application and monitoring online compliance through Google Analytics.

Mission Statement
Simbolei Community Assistance Association supports the education and empowerment of young women and their families in Rift Valley Province, Kenya through support for the development of Simbolei Academy in Kamariny, Kenya, a boarding secondary school for 320 girls and through support for literacy and educational enrichment activities in primary schools and adult workshops throughout the community.
Description
Simbolei Community Assistance Association (SCAA) is a charitable 501 (c)(3) organization, originally organized by Richard and Andrea Kaitany, supporting the education and empowerment of young women and their families in Rift Valley Province, Kenya.
Our current project is the planning, construction and development of an innovative, non-profit, self-supporting high school for 320 girls in Rift Valley Province, Kenya. Simbolei Girls' Preparatory Academy will be located near Iten, at the edge of the Great Rift Valley. In addition to a rigorous academic curriculum, our school will provide community literacy programs, a community library, and community development activities to foster leadership and community activism within our student body.

- The grant application process involves approximately 10 hours including viewing Google's tutorials and preparing materials. After the application is approved, monitoring and posting will probably involve one to two hours per week .
- We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, creative and persistent. Our program will rely on the intern to monitor performance and compliance so reliability is also required.
