Looking to serve the Norristown community? We need you to help manage our resource desk from 8:00 AM until 12:00 Noon. You will be responsible for directing clients to the various services we provide and sign up sheets, answering the phone, keeping social services lines moving, and monitoring the main client area.
Volunteers must be 18 and older.
Current opportunities are available for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 am to 12 pm. Can you help with one or more days?

Motivated by God's love, the center provides basic needs and social services to empower those experiencing homelessness and poverty.
For over 30 years, the Norristown Hospitality Center has continued to be a place of hope and support for the mentally ill, unemployed, homeless, and low-income. Each day we have between 85 and 122 people sign in to use our free services, available five days a week. Services include: breakfast, hot showers, mail services, counseling, lockers, emergency food baskets, legal, medical & mental health referrals, case management, and afternoon programs aimed to strengthen life skills. Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 8:00 am.
