Key Responsibilities: Our volunteers interact with our students in a positive, friendly way.
- Read or tell stories and ask questions such as what is the character feeling or what do you think happens next?
- Lead songs, rhymes or games
- Assist in supervising play, art, or other activities
- Assist in developing writing skills, playing computer games, learning to recognize letters, numbers or colors
- Assist in serving meals, each class has a snack and a meal served family style
- Keep classroom orderly, safe and clean
Reports to: Center Supervisor and Classroom Teacher

CHILD CARE ASSOCIATES HAS SERVED OVER 568,393 VULNERABLE YOUNG CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES SINCE ITS ESTABLISHMENT IN 1968.
We have 23 campuses, and have head start programs in 75 ISD classrooms.
