Oh the places you will go! We would love to have you come and read a story at our center for 3 classrooms. Classes are from ages three to five and need you to foster literacy, imagination, story telling magic and higher order thinking.
Volunteers will ask critical thinking questions such as "What would happen if", "How do you think this character is feeling", "Can you describe what happened to the character" and "What was your favorite part"?
Costumes to accompany the story are welcome! You can bring your own favorite story or choose from our lending library. Opportunities are Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Background checks are required.

CHILD CARE ASSOCIATES HAS SERVED OVER 568,393 VULNERABLE YOUNG CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES SINCE ITS ESTABLISHMENT IN 1968.
We have 23 campuses, and have head start programs in 75 ISD classrooms.
