Evening/After Work Volunteering--Food Market

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: CEAP - Community Emergency Assistance Programs

Do you enjoy putting smiles on the faces of your neighbors? Do you consider yourself someone who is customer service oriented? Do you want to get to know your community in a different light? Becoming a Food Market Support Team Member might be the exact volunteer opportunity for you!

CEAP relies on our volunteers to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our Food Market. We also rely on our volunteers to assist shoppers with the shopping process and filling their order based on family size.

This volunteer opportunity does require some lifting, and the majority of the shift will be spent standing. We ask that Food Market Support Team Members are at least 14 years old. You may volunteer weekly, biweekly, or on an agreed upon schedule. Groups can also "adopt" a shift, and send a representative or representatives each week.

Help us grow a stronger community!

(we can be flexible with the start and end time of the shift
