ORGANIZATION: Friends of the National Zoo

Is your group looking for a morning volunteer experience? The Smithsonian's National Zoo needs a group of 25 people to help change out the sand in the flamingo yard. This is a unique opportunity to go behind the scenes at the Zoo and actually be IN an animal enclosure (although not at the same time as the animals!)

Dates are flexible, but we do need 25 people, and it needs to be on a weekday morning.

Please contact Rebecca at sohmerr@si.edu or 202-633-4456 for more information.
