Are you a people-person? Do you like to help others get ahead? Are you a proponent of training and education? By serving on the Workforce Development pre-screening team, you will conduct telephone pre-screenings of clients interested in the Workforce Development Program, schedule clients for the assessment process, answer questions, and encourage clients to fully participate in the program. Able to follow direction and work independently; likes telephone work; proficient in Outlook and Excel; good organizational skills; excellent customer service and telephone skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work in a multicultural environment and with underserved populations; demonstrates good work ethic.
