New Horizons is a local non-profit with the mission to empower at-risk youth in grades K-12th to reach their full potential through tutoring, mentoring and faith-building. New Horizons offers after school programs and summer camps to 600 at-risk students in Lee and Collier counties. With the help of community volunteers, the students are helped with their homework and mentored on a variety of life skills and growing in faith.

We would love to have you join us! No matter how long you reside in FL over the course of a year, you are welcome. Your commitment is one day a week for 1.5 hours. We understand that schedules change and if you must miss a few tutoring sessions, no problem. Volunteer opportunities are M-Th, 2-4pm (high school students) and 4-6pm (middle school students). Programs are offered at nine locations throughout Lee and Collier Counties. Visit us at www.newhorizonsofswfl.org for more information. Our sites are strictly adhering to CDC social distancing guidelines.
