New Horizons is a local non-profit with the mission to empower at-risk youth in grades K-12th to reach their full potential through tutoring, mentoring and faith-building. With the help of community volunteers, the students are helped with their homework and mentored on a variety of life skills and growing in faith.
We would love to have you join us! No matter how long you reside in FL over the course of a year, you are welcome. Your commitment is one day a week for 1.5 hours. We understand that schedules change and if you must miss a few tutoring sessions, no problem. Volunteer opportunities are M-Th, 3:30 to 5pm during the school year for our K-5 th graders. Visit us at www.newhorizonsofswfl.org for more information. WE are totally adhering to the CDC social distancing guidelines. Virtually opportunities are also provided.

New Horizons of SWFL successfully changes the lives of under-resourced K-12 students by providing tutoring, mentoring and character-building programs at its trusted neighborhood clubs. Every day volunteers are making a direct impact in the lives of hundreds of students in our community.
