We collect donations of surplus materials and supplies for Chicago teachers and nonprofits.
Help sort + organize this stuff at our warehouse -- its like a treasure hunt!
Shifts are on Wednesdays 10-3pm, Thursdays + Fridays 3-6pm and Saturdays, 10-3pm.
Volunteer for 3 hours and you can fill 2 boxes for yourself!
All volunteers must wear a face mask and do a temperature check upon entry.
Social Distancing is enforced. Closed-toed shoes are recommended.
The CCRx Warehouse is located in the Envision Unlimited Frick Center at 2124 W. 82nd Place on Chicago's SW side. Enter through the parking lot. Envision Unlimited supports adults with disabilities and we are excited to be able to work with their members and dedicated staff.

The Creative Chicago Reuse Exchange (CCRx) is creating a citywide economy based on the creative, educational, and practical reuse of surplus materials.
Description
The Creative Chicago Reuse Exchange (CCRx) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that offers materials, programs and resources to Chicago’s educational, non-profit and artistic communities. We believe it is essential to provide Chicago’s teachers with inexpensive, interesting, and useful materials, and to empower and inspire Chicago’s youth to be inventive and creative with materials at hand. Our mission is to foster creativity and connection through redistributing and reimagining surplus.
