Catholic Charities serves immigrants and refugees from over 35 countries every year and the current pandemic has not stopped us from continuing to offer English as a Second Language instruction for our students.
Due to COVID-19, our classes meet on Zoom, although this is subject to change, thus we prefer volunteers to be reasonably within the area. Our class sizes have increased over the past year and we are in need of classroom aides to support lead ESL instructors on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays from 6 - 8 PM.
If you are interested in connecting with us, please be sure to check your spam folder in your email for a follow up from us, as sometimes our company emails get automatically filtered as junk mail.
Training, materials, and ongoing support for classroom aides is provided.

Although our classes are currently offered virtually, we ask volunteers to be located within driving distance of our office to expedite materials pick up, and in the event we start offering in-person classes once more.
