General Duties:
To serve as greeters for those participants who attend our VITA Tax Preparation event. Please offer a
warm smile to everyone. Keep in mind that old saying "be the reason someone smiles today" You will be
either directing those individuals to the appropriate area i.e, our specific area, intake or review. You will
be responsible for maintaining the flow of traffic to ensure the least amount of disruptions for our tax
prepare's , site set-up (tablecloths, laptops, chairs, table display). Also to include whatever other duties
asked by site coordinators.
Dress Attire:
Business casual. No jeans, T-shirts, midriff revealing tops, or shorts.
Arrival:
Even though the site is open to the public at 2:00 p.m., you are asked to be on site at 1:30 p.m.

The Martin Luther King Sr. Community Resources Collaborative provides centralized comprehensive services and coaching provided by partner organizations to residents of "Old Fourth Ward" and "Sweet Auburn" areas. These target areas are 1. Children and Family Services 2. Educational Achievement 3. Workforce Readiness 4. Housing Services 5. Family Economic Success
