If you enjoy talking with people on the phone, this is for you! Help us increase donor retention by ensuring scheduled donors receive a personal reminder call. You contact a list of donors by phone to remind them of their upcoming appointment. You are ensuring that key blood types receive an appointment reminder. Oneg, platelets, and double red donors. Need to be comfortable (minimal experience) working on a computer to make notations, or collect all needed information to give to staff to reschedule. Training given. Looking for 1 volunteer per day for about 2 hours per day. You could be the Monday caller, the Tuesday caller, etc. Pick the best day for you!
