This position will assist the Arizona Collection Librarian with the vertical files. These files include both Arizonan biographies and subjects. Biographies include the famous, the infamous and the ordinary. They include more than clippings. There are copies of letters, brochures, programs, etc. Biographical files have a separate collection of Arizona State Legislators. Excellent fit for students interested in the library/archives field of study.
Key Responsibilities:
- Printing from newspapers, articles and filing items that pertain to the file and entering data into the spreadsheets.
- Shifting the collections into the new cabinets.
- Create new labels for the existing collection and the new files.
