We are seeking professional individuals to serve on our board. Board members contribute to the organization by providing strategic guidance and direction, translating our mission to the greater community, connecting us with grant opportunities and sponsorships, and other leadership responsibilities.

This leadership level position requires independent and collaborative work, developing solution-focused strategies, ability to report results / ROIs for time investment, creativity, and excellent communication skills. Our board meets quarterly in the Orlando area. Prior experience on a board of directors is preferred; commitment to our mission and success is essential.

Did you know...There are non-religious people and people of religious minorities who avoid donating, volunteering, pursuing employment in social services, or even seeking needed assistance because of potential bias against them at non-profits and in our culture? Through service, advocacy, and education, BE. Orlando works to overcome stereotypes about non-religious people and inspire charities to be welcoming and safe places for people of all religious, secular, and spiritual identities.

BE. Orlando brings compassionate atheists, humanists, freethinkers, and other non-religious identities, as well as allies of faith, together to make a positive difference in the community through volunteerism and philanthropy.
