Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care of DE

  • 2 people are interested

Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care of Delaware is in need of volunteers with wonderful sewing skills for our Memory Bear Program. We have hospice patients who would love to have teddy bears created from their clothing to give to their loved ones as a way to remember them by. If you would like to become a Memory Bear Volunteer, please call Seasons Hospice at 302-533-3800 or email Rebekah Welch, Volunteer Coordinator, at rwelch@seasons.org. You will be creating a touching memento that family members can hug and cherish for a lifetime. Seasons Hospice Foundation will provide all of the supplies necessary to make these adorable teddy bears. Memory Bear Volunteers can work at their own pace and on their own schedule.
