Seeking adults with good driving history to assist in our volunteer transportation program. This program assists the elderly and disabled by getting them to doctor appointments, hair cuts, grocery stores, and various other places to help them maintain their independence by providing a means of transportation.
The clients are all able to get around on their own; your only requirement is to pick them up and drop them off when they are done with their errand.
This is one of the most rewarding volunteer opportunities and allows you to develop lasting relationships with the clients.
CDL NOT required as it is a mini van or sedan that is supplied for all scheduled trips.

To provide older adults and people with physical or developmental/intellectual disabilities the resources needed to live with dignity and security, and achieve maximum independence and quality of life. The goal of the Aging and Disability Resource Center is to empower individuals to make informed choices and to streamline access to the right and appropriate services and supports.
