Be a part of the largest girl-run business in the world! We need your help to kick off our cookie season with this HUGE event! Designed to teach Girl Scouts the ins and outs of running their own business with many twists to keep not only educational but fast moving and unique. We need at least 40 volunteers to help set up manage check-in, run activities, manage groups and clean up!
We encourage you to sign up individually OR find a group to volunteer with. Volunteering together fosters teamwork to build bonds with your group! If your group--work, friends, church or community organization are interested--schedule your group and contact Tracy at 608.237.1163.
We have divided the event into 2 shifts, feel free to sign up for one or both shifts!

Mission Statement
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
Description
Founded in 1912, Girl Scouts of the USA is the preeminent organization for girls with a current membership of 3.6 million girls and adults. Volunteers use their expertise, skills, interests, and life experience to shape fun and enriching leadership experiences for girls, and inspire them to reach their personal best. Volunteers help council staff facilitate the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls through exciting program opportunities: leadership/self-esteem, financial literacy, travel, health/wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math. Volunteers choose from several flexible Pathways (the ways that girls and adults join Girl Scouting) that fit their lifestyles, including short-term or long-term service working either directly or indirectly with girls, and they can participate regionally, nationally, and internationally.
