Events Manager - Primary responsibility of this position is to manage all organizational events while working closely with the CEO and other executive staff.
Duties include:
- coordinating volunteers
- building relationships with vendors and event planners
- overseeing successful event planning from an organizational standpoint adhering to the vision and mission of the CEO
- scheduling planning meetings as needed
- managing day-of responsibilities

The Right Fit, Inc supports students in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and surrounding areas experiencing financial hardship with access to formal and business attire at little to no cost so they can attend prom, special occasions, and be prepared for the workforce. Through such access, we encourage them to attend events, which play an important role in their primary education and life experiences that empowers their future.
Description
Our signature program, Once Upon a Gown, is a yearly one-stop shopping experience where students can come to shop for gowns, formal wear, shoes, accessories at no cost in preparation for prom and special events.
The Suit Suite is a recent addition to the one day event to serve our students who cannot afford to purchase a suit to attend prom or when interviewing.
