Red Cross Chapter Finance Specialist
Responsibilities * Ensure funds are received, coded, and deposited in each chapter.
* Maintain revenue receipt log
* Scan deposits and upload to SharePoint for research by fundraising team
* Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
* Assist in analysis and custom report creation
* Advise direct supervisor of process improvements needed; suggest improvements
Qualifications * Knowledge of accounting/book keeping preferred
* Attention to detail and deadlines
* Knowledge of accounts payable a plus (translatable skill set)
* Technology proficient with Excel spreadsheets and SharePoint
Training provided.
4-8 hours a week.
