Job Title: Program Assistant

Assist with clerical tasks for Aging Mastery Program, ten week program designed for older adults. Class meets for 1.5 hour per week.

Location: Salt Lake County Senior Centers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have program participants fill in Program Survey at first class.
  • Set up room and distribute refreshments.
  • Record attendance of participants at each session.
  • Plan Program Graduation ceremony.
  • Follow up directly with individual participants as needed.
  • Administer Program Satisfaction Questionnaire at last class.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Reports to Health Educator

Time Commitment: Once per week for ten weeks.

Qualifications: Pleasant manner, problem-solving ability, dependability.

Support: Training for this position will be provided.

Age Requirement: 21+

Dress Code: Business Casual

Background check and completion of Salt Lake County Volunteer Process required.
