Pathway Homes is seeking volunteers to support their annual Holiday Party we throw for our residents, adults living with mental disabilities. Volunteers are needed for both setup and implementation.
- Event Setup (3 pm - 6 pm): putting up decorations including streamers and other wall, window, and side decorations; preparing table settings (table placement, table cloths, individuals place setting, etc.); prepare hors-d'Ĺ“uvre to be placed around the hall for the residents to enjoy when they first arrive before the food is served.
- Event Implementation Crew (5:30 pm - 10 pm): Drink table servers: pour drinks for residents when they approach for a drink. (all are non-alcoholic beverages), Dinner servers: stand behind the long buffet table and serve food onto the resident's plate as they move down the buffet table and get their dinner. Support with event clean-up

Pathway Homes is a non-profit organization providing non-time-limited housing and support services to adults with mental illness. Pathways serves individuals throughout Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, the City of Falls Church, Prince William County and Arlington.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 15
- Shift 1 - 3 hour time commitment(3-6pm) Shift 2 - 4.5 hour time commitment(5:30-10pm)
- -Volunteers should come dressed down when they first arrive so that they can to get dirty(Shift 1) but- all volunteers who plan on staying to serve should bring a nice pair of clothes to wear while the party is going on. (No Jeans during the party)
