Spring season is here! Join us at practices for a fun, unique way to make a meaningful impact and connect with some awesome people. You can help our runners grow, be included, and enjoy running. Attending regularly throughout the season on one or both days is best, but we can always work with your schedule!

WHERE: Lexington track (a couple days on Battle Road Trail)
WHEN: 4/7 - 6/16

  • Sundays 9-10am
  • Thursdays 6-7pm
Buddy up with a kid, teen, or young adult, or lead a small group of kids at our outdoor track practices (occasionally on the trail). Our runners are all ages and abilities. Many of our runners have intellectual or behavioral challenges, and many may need you to:
  • simplify instructions for them
  • help them stay focused, or offer prompts or cues
  • assist them with their drills, exercises, and stretching
  • and everyone loves encouragement!
