ORGANIZATION: Prevent Coalition - Clark County Substance Misuse Prevention

La Center United, a non-profit organization focused on creating resilience and connections for our youth to reduce substance abuse, is looking for someone interested in working in a casual and collaborative environment and who is fun, energetic, and loves working with teens. The Loft Coordinator manages the overall daily operations of the Teen Program with the primary concern for ensuring interest and participation of teens in activities and securing community volunteers. The Coordinator is responsible for the planning and implementation of the teen programs.

Description

Prevent Coalition is a community coalition formed in 2003 to increase community collaboration, awareness, and reduce youth substance use in Clark County Washington. As a community mobilizer, we promote a healthy, thriving community free of the effects of substance misuse.

Prevent Coalition is supported by the Department of Health, the ESD 112, and over 500 community members and organizations across Clark County.

We're a group of community members working together to empower, advocate for, educate and support young people.
