Special Olympics Georgia is looking for volunteers for their State Indoor Winter Games and the Special Olympics Southeast Powerlifting Competition. On January 11 - 13, more than 1,900 athletes will travel to Cobb County to compete in basketball, floor hockey, bowling, artistic gymnastics and powerlifting. Volunteers are needed to help set up, run, and breakdown competitions.
Volunteer Shifts are available throughout the weekend, including:
- Friday, January 11 from 12 pm - 10 pm
- Saturday, January 12 from 8 am - 6 pm
- Sunday, January 13 from 8 am - 1 pm

Description
SOGA has over 600 local events per year and 5 state-wide events. The State Indoor Winter Games are in January, State Summer Games are in May, State Masters Bowling is in August and the State Fall Games and State Horse Show are in October
