CISC is currently looking for Cantonese and/or Mandarin-speaking volunteers to help conduct and collect service evaluation surveys for our Information and Assistance (I&A) Program. Every year, our I&A Program assists more than 5,000 older adults and adults with disabilities from low-income immigrant background with public assistance enrollment, healthcare, housing, translation/interpretation, ESL/Citizenship, and other vital social services. The purpose of the survey is to help us identify current community needs and service gaps, and to collect clients' feedback to ensure that we continue to provide sufficient and quality services to our community.
The surveys will be conducted at our Seattle Office from 11/28 (Wed) to 12/12 (Wed) during regular business hours. We understand you have busy schedules, therefore we do not expect volunteers to commit full-day or throughout the survey period. Any help we receive from you will help us better understand our community needs and ensure that our clients will continue to receive adequate and quality social services.
For questions, please contact Meon Yu at 206-957-8522 or meony@cisc-seattle.org. Thank you so much for your support!
