I-HELP Shelter Provider (church/faith institution)
We at AZCEND are looking for a church/faith institution to partner with, in which you would provide the facility and volunteers to oversee the shelter provided by the congregation.
- 1 volunteer coordinator; 1 emergency contact
- Coordinate with the I-HELP Coordinator, report volunteers hours every month, and host 25 homeless individuals in church facility.
- Provide sheets (for sleeping mats), pillows (optional), and/or dinner (if not, a food provider will be assigned).
- If you'd like to host the Chandler Clean Machine at your site so participants can shower, a driver with a truck to haul the trailer is needed.
- Host site is needed for the 4th Monday of each month
- Capacity to comfortably provide shelter for 25 individuals.
