Engages WPE community members and enable co-creative aspects of components (i.e. content, consulting) This person will work with the core team to co-develop, promote and execute initiatives that foster activity & engagement with members and attract new members. He/she will be organized, comfortable managing communications with stakeholders, familiar with CRM systems and able to track outreach & engagement. Note: Depending on qualifcations, we could focus solely on our customer relations management, as there is support needed there
Essential Tasks Content creation - writing content - blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels Social media marketing - creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties Customer relations - Responsible for customer support - answering questions however they come in (phone, e-mail, Twitter) and managing any online feedback forums. Retains and expands existing member relationships and has oversight responsibilities for attracting new members. Communications/marketing strategy - creating strategic marketing/communications plans to provide direction for communications and engaging with the members Analytics - Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually fnd ways to improve on those metrics
