We are hosting a fun Christmas Vendor Event and Rummage Sale we are looking for volunteers for:
Set up Crew 7am
- Santa’s Photo Booth
- Vendor tables and 2 chairs
- Tables for rummage sale
- Refreshment table for vendors in board room
- Coffee, tea, chocolate station
8am - Doors open to vendors
- Direct vendors to their table
- Show them refreshment room and restrooms
- Assist them in what they need
9am - Doors open to public
- Santa’s Selfie Corner - Assist in getting participants emails and donations
- Cookie Corner - providing plates, weighing cookie plates, wrapping, charging
- Drink station- clean and replenish
- Rummage -help guests, collect money
- Gift Wrapping - wrapping gifts
12pm - Break Down Crew
- Put away tables
- Clean up
