Title: Children Activities Volunteer
Responsible to: Library Director and ESL Teacher
Requirements: Age 21+, Volunteer Interview, Background Check, Volunteer Orientation/Training, Respect and appreciation for children of diverse backgrounds
Essential Functions: Volunteers play and do activities, help with homework, and provide other support to children while their parents participate in Adult Beginner ESL classes in adjoining room. Volunteers create a positive and safe place to play and learn.
Time Commitment: 2.5 hours weekly (5:30-8:15 pm Thursdays) for minimum of 3 months
