When you arrive at the hotel we will give a volunteer brief to go over the duties in which you will be assigned.(Bring your community hours page from your school for us to sign the night of the event if you will be using this for volunteer hours.)
The volunteer duties include some simple but essential tasks: Set up - registration (VIP & General), signage, auction tables, programs at seats Event execution - Registration Table, direct guests, monitor vendor and auction tables and paddle raise; general police call Event strike - general police call, assistance as required, 1-hour post event
